How do I become a seller?
To become a seller, you have two choices. Each has its own advantages. If you are a independent (not an agent) then you can signup as a seller here .

You have the option of paying your listing fee with your Credit/Debit

What type of home characteristics can I include in my
listing?
PerfectHome.com.au has a very extensive application, which allows
you to display a descriptive listing of your home online. You
can be as vague or specific as you’d like. Usually, the
more information you provide, the better. Numerous categories
make it easy for buyers to get information on your home.
Once I submit my online, when will
my listing be active?
Your PerfectHome.com.au listing will be active within 1 hour of
receiving your payment. In most cases it is immediate.

Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail address and password. You entered these details when you listed your
first house on PerfectHome.com.au and you should have received a confirmation e-mail with these details when you listed.

Do I have to supply home photos for my listing?
Yes. Digital photos of your home (in JPEG format at 640x480 pixels for horizontal photos or 480x640 pixels for vertical photos) can be uploaded once you subscribe. Thumbnail images are created automatically on the fly.
How long will my home be advertised on PerfectHome.com.au?
This depends on your adverting budget and type of FSBO plan you choose. Some of our plans are FREE and some have Trial periods up to one full year. You can always remove your listing earlier if
you choose to do so. Review the Advertising Package (What You Get) / Terms of Use
for additional information.
Can I add, edit or modify my listing?
Yes. you can by logging in to your account as a seller or as an agent.
Once you are logged select 'Edit My Listing' icon in your administration account page. This will take you to 'Modify Listing' page. System automatically generates a dummy listing to get you started. Alternatively you can select 'Add Listing' after you log on and create your own individual listings.
In order to list and make your listing viewable by general public, you must complete your home details and make listing active by selecting 'Active' (it's the fourth item when you in 'Modify Listing page)
Do I need to notify you when my home as SOLD?
No you don't. Once the listing payment expires, your listing will be removed automatically.
How do I find out how many people have viewed my house ?
Your Listing displays number of times your house has been viewed on PerfectHome.com.au.
My house no longer seems to be listed what has happened?
We send out automatic renewal reminder e-mails. If you have not received this e-mail and your house advertising has expired it may be that you
have entered an incorrect e-mail address on PerfectHome.com.au or your e-mail address was not working when the e-mail was sent out
(for example you may have exceeded the monthly limit allocated by your Internet Service provider). If you believe then your listing has expired
expired, most likely that you may still be able to renew the listing yourself. The process of renewing your listing is very simple.
Simply login to your account on PerfectHome.com.au by clicking on
"Manage Your Listing" . You may access your Listing profile using your username and password that you
entered when you listed your house on PerfectHome.com.au (if you realize that you have an incorrect e-mail address than you may
change it within your Listing Profile once you have logged in). If you are still having problems and please contact us by e-mail (info@PerfectHome.com.au).
How do I list my house as sold or remove my house?
Listing your house as sold removes all contact details. You may list your house as sold or remove your house completely
through your Listing Management console after logging in.
How do I know what my home value is?
